Nutrition 9 to 5 is a brief presentation for adult communities & individuals, whether you are coaching/counseling one-on-one, in a group coaching setting, or in a corporate wellness setting. This 20 to 30-minute presentation was created for wellness professionals to provide a non-diet approach to educating on basic nutrition fundamentals that help employees improve productivity and well-being through dietary habits. This information is catered towards employees who primarily work in an office or desk setting during a traditional 8 hour day, but the education and nutrition principles can easily be adapted for various work settings and shift schedules.
The presentation format is unbranded for you to fill in your company information. These slides are the backbone of delivering an important message to your audience: eating balanced and satisfying meals at consistent times throughout the work day helps to improve productivity and overall wellbeing.
This presentation covers:
- Nutrition challenges during the work day
- Opportunities to improve nutrition habits at work
- A balanced and satisfying plate visual
- Practical examples for breakfast, lunch, and work day snacks
- Slide notes to get your discussion started including example poll questions
- FAQs to encourage discussion amongst the audience
I’ve used this presentation in many corporate wellness settings, typically virtually as a “lunch & learn” session. I like to provide poll questions when using Zoom and get the audience to start setting goals as a group at the end of the presentation.
