This 20 to 30-minute presentation was created for weight-neutral professionals to provide a non-diet (Intuitive Eating) approach to using the food label in a practical & encouraging way.

These slides are the backbone of delivering an important message to your audience: food marketing and labels can feel overwhelming to navigate, but using a non-diet approach to using the food label can help us feel less stressed with choosing food products.
