Meal Preparedness 101 is an introductory presentation for adult communities & individuals, whether you are coaching/counseling one-on-one, in a group coaching setting, or in a corporate wellness setting. This 30 to 45-minute presentation outlines the 10 steps to feel confident & efficient with meal preparedness (meal planning and meal prepping), while incorporating seasonality in meal choices.
The presentation format is unbranded for you to fill in your company information. Each slide contains concise bulleted information and tips under each Meal Preparedness step. Meal planning tool examples, resources to find seasonal produce, and examples on building a seasonal, balanced sheet pan meal are included as concrete examples.
This presentation covers:
- The importance of meal preparedness and the difference between meal planning and meal preparation
- The 10 steps to successful meal preparedness (schedule a planning day, use a planning tool, start with your schedule, determine meal factors, do kitchen inventory, write a flexible menu, grocery list & shop, stock the kitchen & prep, cook/assemble, store properly)
- Meal planning tips
- Meal prep tips
- Seasonal food guides
- Review of a balanced meal with sheet pan dinner examples (spring and winter varieties)
- Meal planning tool examples
- Editable slide to include your own meal planning routine example
I’ve used this presentation in many corporate wellness settings, typically virtually as a “lunch & learn” session. I like to provide poll questions when using Zoom and get the audience to start setting goals as a group at the end of the presentation.

The only good thing is images in the PPT…. but you will have to create your own content to explain the powerpoint presentation.- waste of money. what was the purpose of the image of winter and spring? This is not the content I ordered…I will like a refund

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize this did not meet your expectations. As the description indicates, this presentation is an introduction to the topic and is meant to provide information to a beginner audience. It includes optional slides on discussing how to meal plan and prep along with the seasons. Within Powerpoint, you are welcome to delete or edit any of the slides to your own discretion if the education on prepping with the seasons does not apply to your audience. While I do provide presenter notes on most of my presentations, I left this topic open to the presenter’s discretion. Knowing that the notes are a demand, I will update the presentation to include my discussion notes. I’m happy to send those notes to you via email since you’ve already purchased the presentation.
