Beat the Winter Blues is the perfect presentation for adult communities, whether you are coaching/counseling in an individual or group coaching setting or a corporate wellness setting. This 30-minute Powerpoint presentation reviews the negative impacts on overall wellbeing when we do not know how to identify nor manage depression, specifically Seasonal Affective Disorder (winter blues). Research identifies a variety of daily lifestyle practices that can prevent and/or better manage winter depression.

The presentation format is unbranded for you to fill in your company information. Each slide already has some bulleted notes in the notes section to jumpstart your conversation on each page. Statistics and references are even provided on some slides, when applicable, so that the hard work is done for you! Each activity/habit discussed provides a few bulleted talking points on the slide with more detail for discussion in the notes. These habits are accessible to a large variety of populations and can easily be catered to a more specific demographic.
