Rest Your Best is the perfect presentation for adult communities, whether you are coaching/counseling in a group coaching setting or a corporate wellness setting. This 30-minute presentation encourages a casual conversation between you as the presenter and your clients as the audience to inspire your clients to take action on improving both their sleep quantity and quality.
The presentation format is unbranded for you to fill in your company information. Each slide already has some bulleted notes in the notes section to jumpstart your conversation on each page. Statistics and references are even provided on some slides so that the hard work is done for you!

I’ve used this presentation in many corporate wellness settings, typically virtually as a “lunch & learn” session. I like to provide poll questions when using Zoom and get the audience to start setting goals as a group at the end of the presentation.
