Studies show that humans remember:
- 10% of what they hear
- 20% of what they read
- and 80% of what they see
Comprehension and understanding is further impacted by a state of malnourishment, making visual and take-home aids imperative for clients, family members and other relevant supports, to make the most of concepts reviewed in session.

I am so glad I bought these! Worth the price and more! They are creative, eye-catching, and perfect for those struggling with EDs. There is something in this bundle for those in every stage of recovery. Glad you’re good at this becuase it meant I didn’t have to “re-invent the wheel”. Note: I live in the USA and realized that the units of measure was metric. Not a big deal at all and doesn’t really affect me poorly, but worth noting 🙂
I needed these documents a long time ago! What I like most is the ease of having such helpful resources in one place and at no cost to my clients. I can’t wait to use them!

I have to revise my review, unfortunately, as I’ve stumbled upon some language that isn’t helpful for those with eating disorders. I’ll have to omit using some worksheets.
No need to recreate the wheel, Brittany has done it for you! This is exactly what I have been looking for and I love that I will now have everything I need for client sessions in one place and all cohesive with look and language. So much effort has gone into these. They are well thought out and organized. Great job Brittany!

I have gotten so much positive feedback from my clients regarding these resources. They are so well done, and have been so helpful, that I wanted to make sure I went back and acknowledged the author for a job well done! The cost was well worth the incredible amount of work done here. Thank you, Brittany! You are impacting people in such a positive way with your work!

Hi Kimberly,
I can’t thank you enough for your kind words and thoughtful review! I am so happy to hear that the resources have been useful in your work with clients!
Cheers, Britt
I’m so glad I found this resource! I use these handouts in most of my sessions!
These are well done handouts! The downside is that the last page has the brand of the seller (which they are supposed to be unbranded), so they are only good for printing and not for sending out as an email attachment which is really disappointing as I do a lot of telehealth.

Hi Silvina,
Thank you for your review. The handouts are designed so that you can simply delete the last promo page in the PDF. You can do this in most PDF viewers or resave the document without the last page. I hope that this helps!
Cheers,
Brittaney
I really love using these handouts! Very organized, easy to present to client. Helps to have those written materials to reinforce discussions! Thank you!
I really like the presentation of the materials. The information is clearly presented easy to follow and understand. They have reliable sources of information.
