Eating disorder recovery is not a linear process. It is not uncommon for clients to make progress and then to regress with certain ED behaviours. Spotting the early signs of an ED relapse are vital to ensuring that your client continues to build confidence and forward momentum in recovery.

This is a great activity to complete with your clients after they have made some progress in their ED Recovery. It guides them to review all of the ED behaviours that they have let go of and how far they have come. It also enables your clients to identify what a relapse in recovery might look like for them. Empower your clients in their ED recovery with this resource!

  • Honest ED sheet

This will be a great way for my daughter to track her honest thoughts of strength, things that might happen & what to look for. Once she feels confident enough in her ED she will share this with me as a “look for” sheet. Thank you so much.

  • Good way to engage patients in understanding that recovery is not linear! Simple but powerful!
