It’s tricky when clients are juggling multiple dietary needs. And, of course, most of our clients have limited time for food prep, too.

Here’s a guide for people who are Kosher and are doing a low FODMAP elimination diet, with 50+ meals and snacks that are easy to make and, of course, tasty, too. This easily pays for itself with the time you save prepping for just one client.

All of the branded products listed in recipes are low FODMAP *and* are specifically marked Kosher and carry a Kosher seal. So this cuts down on a lot of legwork for you, and can be a resource for your clients who follow a Kosher diet strictly.
