Tummy Tamers Kit: 80+ pages plus 40 pages (2 weeks) of CSID/SID bonus menu plans
You’ve got clients with digestive problems—of course you do. From bloating to reflux, constipation to food intolerances, tummy troubles are everywhere. And when they come to you, they need practical, reliable strategies, and guides that take them through each step. That’s why having a digestive health toolkit, ready to go is essential.
This kit has everything in the basic package… and so much more.
These resources are built on 18 years of private practice focused almost entirely on digestive health. Most of my patients have already seen multiple GI doctors and several dietitians, too. My role is to simplify, streamline, and give them clear, effective answers. My goal is to make your job easier, too.
First up—recipes! You’ve got 50 quick, nourishing meal ideas tailored for common digestive health conditions, ready to give your clients. Meals and snacks can be prepped in 20 minutes or less, so your clients can spend less time stressing and more time healing.

BONUS
Lately, I’ve been getting more patients who are diagnosed with sucrose isomaltase enzyme deficiency–both SID and CSID. Putting together meal plans can take a ton of time, and I’m sure you know that deer-in-the-headlights- moment when a patient asks for one. Well, this will make it easy–I’m including one week for patients on sucrase enzymes, one week for patients prior to enzymes or who can’t get enzymes covered. Each week is 20+ pages and has meals, snacks and shopping lists so everything is precisely laid out. These files are the only branded materials in the kit, and require only the smallest changes to make low lactose if needed (ie, switching yogurt to lactose free, etc.)

I just purchased this resource, and when I open the Zip File, I found a wealth of information that I’m going to use to share with many of my patients. This resource is worth the money that costs. 100% recommend it!
