  • Thank you for this great resource!

    I find this handout useful in my work as a renal dietitian for the chronic kidney disease including most dialysis patients that I see. In general it is useful for most people use to eating an American diet. I tag out the flaxseed smoothie as a higher potassium option for those who need to manage potassium levels but other than that- it is wonderful as you say for the adult population.
    I appreciate the references at the bottom also.
