Great combinations and easy tool to use when helping clients incorporate healthy snacks.
Good resource. Straight forward in it’s objective. I agree with the previous review that is is very dairy heavy in the pairings. Works excellent as a launching off point to get clients thinking about their choices though.
Great example of combining protein and healthy carbs.
Would like less examples with milk.
