I’m Dr. Abrar Al-Shaer, PhD, RD, LDN, a registered dietitian nutritionist & herbalist specialized in functional & integrative medicine for women’s health, and founder of the private practice Nourish Women Nutrition. I help women throughout all stages of their life cycles through holistic nutrition alongside herbal & botanical medicines. My goal is to help guide & empower women throughout all stages of their hormone health cycles from menarche, period issues, preconception and fertility, pregnancy/postpartum, and perimenopause. My resources provide an integrative approach using many nutritional, herbal, and supplement strategies that are safe for patients to use during these different stages of their lives.
