You, of all people, understand how important self care is – yet there you are, with another back-to-back day of seeing clients with hardly any breaks.
Or maybe it’s your clients themselves who struggle:
- Clients with demanding jobs who work through lunch breaks and struggle to stay hydrated
- Clients with chronic and/or autoimmune conditions who don’t have enough “spoons” to dole out to all their daily activities
- Clients with neurodivergence, time blindness, and/or executive dysfunction
- Clients who are new parents, living in such a fog of sleep deprivation and overwhelm they can hardly think straight.
I fell into that last category in early 2024, and wow did I have a hard time! I was so sleep deprived and overwhelmed, I could barely remember when I last took pain medicine or ate. I was sleeping in 30 minute increments. Days blended into one another like some bizarre fever-dream. And so many of my usual coping skills to diffuse stress – meditation, yoga, extra rest, long baths – did not feel remotely possible.
So I created this tracker. Not only did it allow me to stay more organized and prioritize my own care during a grueling time in my life, but it also helped me communicate with my support system so they could help me with gentle nudges and exactly the help I needed most, moment to moment.
And that’s exactly what you can do for your clients with this printable download!
- Unbranded
- Printer-friendly
- Comprehensive, yet simple
- Compassionate & non-judgmental
This tracker includes the following sections:
- Mood
- Hydration
- Sleep
- Food
- Medications & Supplements
- …plus bonus reminders for joy, movement, rest, hygiene, and notes!
This isn’t the frou-frou self-care we see glamorized on social media and that so many other trackers focus on. This is back-to-the-basics, help-you-take-care-of-yourself-when-life-feels-hard, non-judgmental and realistic self-care that we need in our hardest moments. And with this done-for-you download, your clients don’t need to opt into someone else’s email marketing to get it, like many free options online.
(Oh, and if you’re looking specifically for post-partum support, you can find this tracker bundled with several other “fourth trimester” resources as part of my Post Partum Self-Care Package!)
