Incomplete/limited support for establishing optimal business policy
Not as professional or comprehensive as I expected. For example, I would expect language that notifies the client exactly when/how their credit card will be charged and info stored. Also, I would not ask a client for so many identifiers on one form and suggest they send via email. Overall I do not have confidence that the resource information is well-researched for assisting to establish optimal business policy.
