Suggestions for use:

  • To share your great meal ideas with clients in a general handout that can be used over and over
  • To inspire clients with your creative ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to improve their overall nutrition and health
  • To prepare a full week of meal ideas for a specific client
  • As a starting point with a few ideas from you, then work with clients to write in their own meal plans
  • To work with clients to come up with meal ideas for more variety, or adding vegetables, improving nutrients, etc.
  • To help clients who are learning new diet recommendations (food allergy avoidance, diabetic diet, gluten free, etc.)
