About a third of the U.S. adults sleep less than the recommended amount! People who sleep less, usually consume lower amounts of certain critical nutrients. Sleep is as important to immunity, energy, metabolism & overall health as healthy eating. We will be exploring the relationship between sleep and nutrition by discussing specific nutrients, overall eating patterns, timing of eating, and simple action steps to improve your sleeping habits. We will go through a Sleep Challenge Worksheet together, so you can leave with a personalized Sleep Plan.

I like the graphics but this was not as great or a time saver as I thought it would be. I read over the material in less than 5 minutes and found it be very short, not 30-45 minutes of content. Also there are no cited resources for the information. Lastly, this was not customizable as stated so If I actually plan to use it, I will spend time re-creating it. I think having some kind of notes or other explanation for how this would be a workshop would be helpful too.
