Hello! We are Cat and Kelly -- both Registered Dietitians of Nutriving LLC, a virtual nutrition counseling practice. We channel our creativity into crafting client-facing materials to help clients learn about nutrition and develop healthy habits that stick. We are passionate about helping others get a grip on what truly makes them feel good about their body, food choices, and health.
