    This handout is a great resource for my vegan patients needing more protein. It’s important for them to start breakfast out right! Thanks for the nice handout.

    One of the best downloads I have gotten. Well laid out, practical, usable info that is easy for clients to understand. Giving concrete, realistic examples of how to incorporate the high protein items was the most useful. Clients foruns the ideas ‘new’ to them and were excited about their options.
