It’s really easy for things in eating disorder recovery or learning to intuitively eat to feel very abstract.  

This is a little tool I use with patients to allow them to still get the power of reward in their eating disorder recvoery journey. 

Track metrics like: 

  • Not weighing
  • Recognizing hunger/fullness cues
  • Unfollowing diety-y social accounts 
  • covering mirrors, removing scales from the home etc. 

This tool will likely be best for someone in the later stages of eating disorder recovery.
