  • Esthetically Pretty but lacking up to date recommendations?

    Beautiful handout, but most practitioners recommend more of an anti-inflammatory diet for PCOS, specially trying a gluten free and/or dairy free diet. These handouts include both of those items.

    Also, there is a meal plan, but do not see recipes and some of the photos for recipes are cut off. Needs some adjustments.
