content preview of exchange list for meal planning

The Diabetic Exchange List has been developed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and groups like foods together for ease of Client Education and Meal Planning.

This version is non-branded so can be adapted for a variety of situations. It includes 28 pages and prints well both in color and black and white. It can also be printed multiple pages to one sheet for ease of use for clients who want to take it on-the-go.

This helps clients to stick to a macro based or carbohydrate counting meal plan, even when eating out or making their own recipes.

  • Perfect resource for those of us using Exchange Lists

Having recently transitioned from a walled office to telehealth, I’ve been hunting for this resource. While the Exchange Lists are available online, they are all branded! This is more visually appealing and can be easily branded for private practice. Thank you Samantha.

  • Much needed client resource!

This is an extremely simple, easy to understand, yet thorough guide for clients who want to follow a macro plan and understand exchanges/portion control. Many clients are seeking this type of structure and specificity in their plan and this resource clearly explains how to follow it.
