As we know, it’s better to teach a person how to fish than to just give them a fish. 

But when teaching Low FODMAP Eating, sometimes, clients want a visual for ideas!

This Low FODMAP Meal Plan is great for giving inspiration to clients who are struggling to think of Low FODMAP Recipes or Low FODMAP Meal Ideas.

It includes a Low FODMAP Shopping List, and a week’s worth of recipes, created in a way to allow the client to batch cook!

The recipes are already scaled so that clients will automatically make a few meals each time, to make the entire process of following the low FODMAP eating plan less overwhelming.
