A Handout for those with Digestive Disorders
Most Americans do not consume enough fiber. Those with digestive conditions may be wary of adding extra fiber to their diets. I encourage my patients with chronic constipation or diarrhea not to give up on fiber!Â
This handout describes how to get more fiber from food and dietary supplements and is created for those who suffer with digestive disorders or those on Low FODMAP diets.
