As a registered dietitian and registered yoga teacher I often integrate holistic and alternative medicine practices into my client sessions! If you a Chakra-curious.. this guide will serve as a fun introduction to you and/or your clients. 

The main way I like to use this guide is to encourage self-care! I have found that yoga has increased in popularity and a lot of my clients really enjoy the physcial and mental benefits of their yoga practice.
