  • Great Handout!

I like this handout for a great, simple to follow list of anti-inflammatory foods. I have already used this handout for my clients and it is a winner.
    Thank you!

  • Protein sources?

I love this, wish you had included protein sources like salmon, tuna, venison, etc.

  • Anti-Inflammatory Foods

I work with people on dialysis and inflammation is something that affects them as even the process of dialysis is inflammatory. I often encourage them to eat anti-inflammatory foods for their overall health and to help improve their albumin levels.

  • Wonderful for Runners!

As a runner, I feel extremely beat up after long distance runs and I always thought it was natural. However, after reading Jill’s Anti-Inflammatory, I learned that I could help my soreness and fatigue from running with nutrition. What is even better is that the foods listed in her handout are foods that you can find at any grocery store. The amount of variety and choices in her list also makes me brainstorm ways I can broaden my meal planning and make my dinners more diverse. It kills two birds with one stone by adding more variety to my diet and helping with my recovery! I highly recommend!

This guide showed me how I can eat certain foods, to decrease my muscle soreness and recover faster after exercise. It list whole foods to spices and other ingredients. It really shows you all the ways to add these foods to your diet. Definitely going to use this in everyday life.
