  • Excellent handout!

    This is a very complete handout and one that I will use a lot!

  • Anti-inflammatory

    Love this packet. Was hoping it would include some dairy as more research is coming out to support some grass-fed dairy but overall it hits the mark for what I was looking for and even better I didn’t have to make it myself! Thank you!
