Content preview of Guide to Gluten Free living.

This guide is designed to assist your clients in navigating a gluten-free lifestyle, both in your home and while dining out. It encompasses a variety of resources, including recommended brands for food substitutions, popular phone apps, exceptional food blogs, dining tips, and much more.

I recommend sharing this guide with any clients who are brand new to a gluten-free diet. I will use this with patients who have celiac’s disease and also with clients that are trying out a gluten-free diet as an experiment to see if it will reduce IBS or autoimmune conditions such as Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.

I created this handout because I had an influx of clients wanting to try a gluten-free diet while trying to manage various conditions such as IBS or Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I realized how scattered my resources were for aiding my patients in going gluten free so I created this ebook to bring all tips & tools into one place.
