The way we eat before, during, and after exercise is incredibly important in terms of maximizing our performance. Additionally, the way we hydrate ourselves with not only fluid, but additional electrolytes in some circumstances can be life-saving! Whether you prefer to strength-train, run, cycle, do HIIT workouts, dance, etc. your nutrition matters.

When it comes to training for endurance activities like a long-distance run > 90 minutes, we want to consider additional glucose supplies during the exercise as well. Stay tuned for a breakdown of when and what to eat before, during, and after exercise.
