As a long-time dietitian who’s walked the non-diet path both personally and professionally, I know how overwhelming it can feel to “get it right” when you're trying to shift your practice toward intuitive eating, menopause support, and weight-neutral care. Formal trainings can be amazing—but let’s be honest, they’re expensive, time-consuming, and there are so many directions we could go as professionals. That’s why I create practical, client-ready templates—journals, affirmations, workbooks, social posts, email and blog content, and more—for dietitians, fitness professionals, and health coaches who want to support their clients in a more inclusive, non-diet way (especially during midlife) without having to reinvent the wheel. My tools are created with humor, realness, and lived experience—not fluff—and they help you show up with confidence and care, even if you’re still finding your footing in this space. I’ve shifted my business to focus fully on supporting fellow professionals, because I believe women deserve to work with providers who “get it”—and sometimes, that starts with having the right resources at your fingertips.
