Welcome to the Nutritious Measures store! I've spent the past 20 years as an RD in a bariatric center and the past 5 years in general private practice. As such, I have developed an expertise in healthy weight loss and weight management. Bariatrics is a specialized field with its unique nutrition assessment, evaluation and long-term counseling. I can help save you precious time by providing guidelines and resources you can put to use right away.
