Culinary Nutrition Conference
The Culinary Nutrition Conference is an annual conference for RDNs that takes place in NYC. RDNs have extensive training on the nutrients in food, how they are digested and absorbed in the body, as well as proper food safety however have little to no formal training in culinary arts — this conference aims to bridge that gap. The first of its kind, this conference provides a unique platform for dietitians and chefs to come together, share progressive ideas and provide practical tools that integrate nutrition science with innovative culinary technique.
