Hi, I'm Allison Hurst a newly Registered Dietitian. Through my experiences during undergrad and my internship program, I realized how important educational materials can be- and how time consuming they can be! I spent a lot of time creating and revising patient/client education material for my preceptors, and decided I could use this platform to provide those materials to others who may benefit from them!
