This 8-page workbook walks clients and patients through the steps to creatively build their own vegan salad at home. The basic framework for a salad is presented, along with some helpful hints. Patients and clients get to practice intuitive eating skills such as honoring hunger and finding the satisfaction factor as they consider what flavors/textures to incorporate when creating their own salad recipes. Also included are tips on how to create their own salad dressing with sample recipes for a creamy salad dressing and a vinaigrette. Finally is an exercise for the user to brainstorm salad ideas followed by a blank sheet where they can write down their favorite vegan salad recipes for later.
