What’s left to eat when you have kidney disease and diabetes?  So many patients come to me with this question!

Patients with diabetes and kidney disease can follow these steps – with food pictures- that will help them to build a meal that works for them.  It also includes example meals, a place to put their own meal inspirations at the end, and a QR code that will take the user to a video by a renal dietitian going over the handout in detail and explaining each step in the process of building their menu.
