In particular, we understand how dangerous hypoglycemia can be. This handout uses simple explanations and illustrations to help your patients understand the 15/15 rule to safely manage low blood glucose.

We also provide space for individualized planning and goal setting between you and your patients. That way, your patients will have a clear action plan to start making successful changes.
