This is a great resource my clients love as a way to help them build high quality and satiating meals. Most people do not get enough protein and high quality, single ingredient whole foods so this is a great layout to help them do it and a meal planner at the bottom to put it to work. I have set this to 30grams of protein as a starting so its a great place to work with females in particular (I have a higher protein one for males or individuals with larger caloric needs).
