Interesting -talking about men- zinc and alcohol under Pre-pregnancy tips.
The handouts are nice.
I was hoping for more detail about which fish are high in mercury and which cheeses to avoid. Those are the two questions I get most often from pregnant clients.
Good info and very nice graphics, but rather short for price.
