The curriculum will provide participants with a foundational understanding of the basics of nutrition – what are carbs, fat, and protein, and how to plan meals and build a plate.
This workshop takes a HAES and Intuitive Eating approach – there are not references to calories, restriction, good/bad foods, or dieting.Â
The workshop can take anywhere from 45 minute to one hour.Â
