I believe emotional eating is a beneficial coping strategy but often gets a bad reputation or misused. This worksheet is designed to assist your client in navigating their emotions, including 1. identifying their emotion(s) and 2. recognizing strategies for that emotion. The goal is to empower our clients in feeling that they have tools ready for any emotion they might be faced with, and to begin to normalize eating for emotions to remove some of that guilt, mindless eating and more.
