This food diary is great for working with clients with ARFID, and other eating disorders, as well as clients who are working on becoming more mindful and intuitive while eating. This food diary can also be used for picky eaters – as it encourages them to reflect on why they dislike a food – so that the practitioner can further understand and help them work through this challenge.
