I have used this resource often. It is simple and not overwhelming for clients just getting started with more plant forward changes.
The content of this guide does not appears to strongly support the evidence that plants foods are best options. It appears to compromise on plant-based meal-pattern facts and benefits. The animal products prompted in this handout appear too high.
For the price this is a great starter to give to a client. It has basic explanations that are straight forward and the meal plans are simple. Some of the items are a little specific like a ginger dressing which I wish there was a recipe for as I would think that a client would ask.
Great effort! There could be more focus on plant-based protein-based meals, (less saturated fat items). There appears to be a lot of poultry and dairy-based meals and snacks.
