Being an adjunct professor is fun and fulfilling but it often means that it is a responsibility you take on in addition to your full-time job, and then finding the time to design a course and plan each lesson can be impossible. I spent endless hours creating this course and want to save you the time by sharing it with you!

My Introduction to Nutrition Ready-Made College Course is designed for collegiate freshmen and sophomores according to the text, Nutrition Science and Applications by Lori Semolina and Mary Grosvenor but can be adapted for most books and is designed in a simplistic white design to allow for customization. This bundle is Part 1, covering all material in the first exam.

What you’ll get:

A syllabus outline that you can customize with your school’s policies, as well as an undated suggested course calendarthat can be modified based on the academic calendar.

Seven lecture presentations, each designed to be given in a 50-minute class time. All slides are designed in a simplistic white background containing pictures that enhance understanding. You’ll receive them in (.ppt) PowerPoint formats, that are customizable to suit your needs.

One assignment, two quizzes, and one exam that align with the information provided in lectures. These will come in Word (.docx) documents that you can modify to work for your students.
