Do you provide nutrition education for eating disorder recovery or intuitive eating groups?

This group helps members identify food judgments and learn to reframe unhelpful ones. It includes discussion of what “all foods fit” means and how food is not black and white (good, bad; healthy, unhealthy, etc). Group members then practice reframing food judgments, using the “Reframing Practice” worksheet.

This bundle includes:

  • A 4 page lesson plan with step-by-step discussion points
  • “All Foods Fit” handout
  • “Reframing Practice” worksheet

Intended Audience
