Protein is an extremely important part of the Renal diet. On average, a Hemodialysis patient can lose roughly 7 grams of protein each treatment, totaling about 21 grams each week. This particular board highlights 7 reasons why we love eggs in dialysis, some ideas on how to incorporate eggs into the diet, and a friendly reminder of those “rotten egg” foods that dialysis patients need to be on the look out for!
