This meal plan is designed for use by dietitians and physicians to customize nutrient needs for their patients.

If you are a person with an eating disorder, this meal plan is NOT appropriate for you to use without the guidance of a clinical provider specializing in eating disorders (such as a dietitian or doctor)

This guide comes complete with:

  • A custom meal plan for calorie goals between 1600-3000 calories

  • A guide that tells which calorie goal corresponds to each meal plan

  • Serving sizes guidelines for each food group

  • Meal plans with recommended servings of each food group for breakfast, lunch, dinner and 3 snacks per day

  • Option to track meal plan requirements by day rather than by meal (for people further along in recovery)

  • Blank meal planning sheet where you can create suggested servings per meal/snack for or with patients (with guide on how many exchanges correspond with each calorie goal)

This guide makes it easy for patients and/or families to know how much and what type of food to eat at each meal without ever counting calories.

This meal plan will help to ensure that adequate food intake is happening at each meal and snack for safe weight restoration during eating disorder recovery.
