This resource is for dietitians’ clients who need help cooking. When creating it, I was conscious to use neutral verbiage so it is appropriate for any and all wellness needs. (PS…if you don’t know if you’re clients need more help cooking…I’ve added in three resources to this download so that you can tell when they need more help).
Most cooking resources provide a recipe, but overlook the cooking skills that actually go into it. The Resource to Cook with Confidence focuses on the cooking methods and flavor building behind a recipe so that your clients can cook delicious meals quickly, with what they have on hand.
By learning the skills in this resource, your clients can take protein, starch, and veggie combo and turn it into a delicious meal inspired by almost any cuisine they enjoy!
As a chef & registered dietitian, I’ve found that clients are more excited about making changes when food is tasty and cooking is easy. Over the last 6 years, I’ve worked with clients make cooking easy and delish; this is what I’ve distilled it all down to.
