I created this log for my clients with Diabetes and those with Gestational Diabetes. I had looked for a log that I could use and I just couldn’t find one I liked. 

I usually suggest to write in the food, the amount, with the glucose number to be able to identify which food is a problem. 

Pros

-It is in pdf format, so you can email it to your clients or print it out for them

-The color coded sections helped keep my clients from being confused

Cons

-It can make a person a little overwhelmed

-It can be confusing to initially use
