Clients often struggle when their bodies have changed and they need to buy new clothes to fit their current body. The whole process of clothes shopping can be stressful in general, even more so when they don’t know their size and their body feels unfamiliar. This handout is meant to be a resource you can provide your clients to help them take on the challenge in a way that minimizes triggers and helps them treat themselves with kindness.
