It is not realistic to tell clients to never eat fast food. However, it is important for them to feel confident in making healthy choices when pulling up to the drive thru window. I compiled menu items from 10 common fast food restaurants that contain 500 calories and around 20g of protein. It is intended to help clients meet their goals without feeling like they have to avoid fast food.
Please advise clients that most of these items do not include sauces, dressings, sides, or beverages and that adding those will change the nutritional composition.
