My nutrition and activity tracker with a little upgrade! I decided to revamp the style, but more importantly add some information to help guide your clients even further. With the additional pages of each food group, it gives the clients a small blurb about each category and portions following the plate method and the hand guide mostly. This way they are still able to focus more on an intuitive eating approach, but also have a better idea around what portions may look like. Each food group page has a list of foods from that category to help them choose and plan out their day.
